Return Policy

KIT & MOD RETURNS:

 

Returns must be made within 14 days AND meet the following criteria;

 

Returns must include ALL packaging accessories, parts, AND a valid digital receipt that we send to you in the form of a text message at the end of purchase. If you are unable to provide a valid digital receipt, please provide the phone number used at time of purchase as we can go into your account and confirm the date and time you bought your device. We cannot accept returns on items without a valid digital receipt or proof of purchase through a valid phone number. 

 

IF your device meets this criterion, you MUST also have it in the original packaging with ALL parts and accessories present. We are unable to return items without their serial number which is located on the device's outer packaging. 

 

 

    Our policy will only cover items being returned for the following:

·         Manufacturer Defect

·         Device Malfunction

·         Dead on Arrival items

 

 

    New Cloud DOES NOT accept returns or give in-store credit for the following items:

·         Items that have been broken due to being dropped on the ground.

·         Items that have been submerged in liquid or have had liquid spilt on them. 

·         Broken or shattered screens, or glass.

·         Missing battery doors, covers, or broken buttons.

·         Scratched, dented, or chipped devices. 

·         Devices that have been taken apart or rebuilt in any way.

·         Tanks that have been dropped or run over.

·         Tanks that have missing pieces such as mouth pieces, glass, firing pins, or pieces that effect the tanks functionality.

·         Tanks where the bottom peg has been cross-threaded.

·         Tanks that have been taken apart or altered in any way.

·         Items that have been damaged by improper use.

·         Operator Error.

DISPOSABLES

Returns must be made within 48 hours and meet the following criteria;

MUST be returned with the original receipt.
